RMD Richmond Concrete provides concrete installation, repair, and related construction services. All services are subject to availability and are provided in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
Estimates and Quotes
All estimates and quotes provided are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from initial assessments or if additional work is required. We will communicate any changes in pricing before proceeding with additional work.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your written contract or agreement. We typically require a deposit before beginning work, with the balance due upon completion. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as specified in your contract.
Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may be subject to fees to cover costs already incurred. Changes to the scope of work may affect the final price and timeline.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your contract and vary depending on the type of service provided. Warranties cover defects in workmanship but do not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, or acts of nature.
Liability Limitations
RMD Richmond Concrete carries liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, property lines, or other items not clearly marked or disclosed prior to beginning work.
Property Access and Preparation
You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work site and for removing or protecting any items that could be damaged during the course of work. You must also ensure that all necessary permits have been obtained, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Weather and Delays
Concrete work is weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to inclement weather or unsuitable conditions. We will make every effort to complete your project within the agreed timeframe, but delays due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions may occur.
Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about our work or services, please contact us directly so we can address the issue. We are committed to resolving any problems quickly and fairly. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be handled in accordance with Kentucky state law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
